Brother Knights, Greetings, and a Joyous, Blessed Christmas to all!
2024 has been an extremely active year for both our church and our Knights of Columbus Council.
We began last year with taking the Nativity scene down and storing the lumber, hardware and electronic equipment at Pederson’s farm. That was a Central Oregon day to remember, the high that day was 15 degrees. Last week (on December 6th) we ended our year once again by building the nativity scene in advance and anticipation of the Holy Christmas season. Our theme; “Keep Christ in Christmas Always”
Our year was filled with activities; Charity, Unity and Fraternity prevailed. From serving numerous breakfasts, lunches, dinners, restoring the parish monument to the unborn, giving to our church, our school, Grandmas House, Saint Vincent DePaul, Shepard's House, Bethlehem Inn, Veterans Outreach, Habitat for Humanity. Helping our clergy and helping one another. You did it all out of kindness and commitment to our catholic community and principals. You are the Knights of Columbus, I am both honored and humbled to be counted among your numbers.
